November 18: Learn to make soap with John Hanson.  4 PM.  Join John Hanson, Owner/Maker of Longfellow Soap Company, in a two hour class to learn how to make soap using the cold process method that has existed for thousands of years. Each student will receive a copy of his teaching manual and a silicone soap mold to take home, as well as a complimentary wine flight.  $50.

November 25 and December 16:  Four Years of Frontenac :  7 PM. We have four vintages of Frontenac and are offering our first ever vertical tasting this year. Experience the flavor of four red wines, made in the same facility by the same winemaker and even of the same grape (mostly), but all four different years, making each distinctly different. We’ll pair each with a different cheese that compliments the flavor of 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

December 28:  CSA/CFL/Employee appreciation day.  Drinks and food on the house for Community Supported Alcohol and Cider For Life members as well as UFWCH employees with a plus one.  Invite only. 6-9 PM
