We were inspired by the fantastic fish and chips on offer by Randys Gluten Free this spring. Fresh and fantastic cod and potatoes in the best British tradition! As an additional homage to Minnesota’s state fish we are bringing out an entirely new wine: Walleye and roast potato wine! With smoky and earthy notes, Walleye and Roast Potato Wine combine the best of out state’s natural bounty. Earthy, ripe potatoes and (mostly) fresh walleye, foraged from the shores of Lake Nokomis blend to create a truly unique and fragrant wine that you’ll never forget.
