Alimama’s Sambusas and jazz!

By Jeff Zeitler on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018

Today (Saturday June 2) we’re opening (for the first time ever) at 11 AM.  Why? We’re a part of the Lake Street Dumpling tour.  Alimama’s Sambusa’s will be here with their delicious savory filled pastries.

If you’ve never had a sambusa, you’re missing out.  They’re a lot like an Indian samosa, but with East African spices.  Absolutely delicious.  And, of course, they pair really well with cider.

Then, at 7 PM we host a live jazz show by local musicians Julian Manzara and Graydon Peterson.  Cool jazz by a couple of the Twin Cities finest young jazz musicians, and there’s no cover.  Think you don’t like jazz?  Check it out anyway- you truly have nothing to lose.

Cheers!
