Mead is here!

And it’s really really good!

Our mead is a semisweet mead- that is- less sweet than most commercial meads, but since it’s made from honey, it’s still sweeter than anything else we produce.   It’s made from some top-quality honey we got from an (almost) organic family farm near Sleepy Eye in southern Minnesota.  The only other ingredients are charcoal filtered water and yeast.  Uncomplicated, and tasting exactly like a mead should.

We’re charging $17.99 for a bottle. We’ll be open for sales on Friday the 21st, but closed on Saturday the 22nd.  Stop in and see us!
