Sunshine in a glass

Each summer and fall there’s an abundance, even an overabundance of apples, pears, cherries and all sort of other fruit on the Twin Cities’ trees.  We pick them all and ferment them for your gustatory pleasure.

Everything we make  here is locally sourced and 100% gluten free.  Our offerings include hard cider, mead and wine.  You can try them all at our taproom, open four days each week.

That, and our production winery are located at 3016 East Lake Street in the heart of South Minneapolis.

We typically feature four ciders on tap: a dry cider, a semisweet and two rotating taps.  We also have bottles of wine, cider and mead for sale for offsite consumption during our open hours.  See the Menu page for more information.

We host trivia each Thursday,  feature  winery tours and tastings each Sunday and host meetings, parties and get-togethers for a reasonable fee.

You have questions.  We have answers, mostly.

All of our ciders and wines are completely gluten-free.  No grain products ever in our production space.

Our taproom is kid-friendly, but not necessarily dog-friendly.  Bring your toddler, leave the pup at home.

You can bring in food. We have cheese plates and pizza for sale, and sometimes food trucks park out front.
